If you are interested in one of our available properties please fill out our rental application. Anyone 18 or over that will be living in the property must fill out the application in order for your application to be fully processed. Applications are $55 per person. Our properties rent quickly. But your approval is good for 30 days and can be transferred to any of our available properties at your request.

Before

you begin

Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.

To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 2 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that most properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.

What

you need

You will need- your contact info, copy of your driver’s license, last 2 addresses and contact info of your landlords, list of housemates that will be applying with you, proof of your income, contact info for your employer, 
Your rent payment is due on the first of each month, unless your lease says otherwise. Rent is considered late on the 6th day of the month.

*Tenants are required to put the utilities in their name effective move in day and for the duration of the lease term. Please make sure the utilities are connected in your name. Below is a list of utility companies based on county.*
